Your Contract

Direct Holiday Villas Ltd, trading as Value Florida, is a member of the TTA (Travel Trust Association). The contract is between Value Florida, and the client, being the person who confirms the purchase of the attraction tickets from Value Florida. The contract, including all matters arising from it, is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. A contract will exist as soon as you purchase your attraction tickets from Value Florida.

Your Financial Protection

Direct Holiday Villas Ltd is a member of the TTA (Travel Trust Association) giving all our customers full financial protection.

Our Prices

Value Florida ticket prices include taxes and service charges, and the prices advertised will not increase once you have purchased and paid in full for your tickets. If prices decrease, due to special promotions or changes in currency exchange rates etc, then refunds will not be made or tickets reissued. Prices advertised on our Value Florida website are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before any tickets can be issued. On receipt of payment a confirmation will be sent to customers and tickets will be dispatched approximately 14 -21 days before your departure. For late bookings inside 21 days of departure we reserve the right to charge a late booking fee of £15 per booking to cover administration and postage fees.

Your Tickets

Attraction tickets generally have a high monetary value and their safe postage and receipt is important to us and so all theme park tickets must be signed for on receipt. Please ensure that all tickets are kept safe, before and during your holiday, as they are your responsibility and refunds cannot be made for lost, damaged or stolen tickets. We highly recommend your tickets are covered by your insurance.

If You Cancel Your Booking

If you have to cancel your booking, and your attraction tickets, you should notify us immediately. The following cancellation charges will apply and any calculation or refund to you will only be made once Value Florida have received the returned tickets, which must not be damaged or defaced in any way.

Tickets returned after the date of departure will incur full cancellation charges of 100%

If You Amend Your Booking

If you wish to change your booking once your tickets have been issued, we will charge an administration fee of £25 per booking.

If We Change Your Booking

It is highly unlikely that we will have to change a customers booking but should this occur we will refund all monies paid within 7 days of notification or within 7 days of the return of any issued tickets. Value Florida does not have to pay compensation or accept liability if circumstances are beyond our control, including war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, bad weather conditions, temporary or permanent closure of attractions or any other force majeur.

Terms and Conditions

Value Florida attraction tickets are sold subject to availability and the terms and conditions of our suppliers and we cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of our suppliers or their employees. Value Florida has no control over the theme parks featured on our website and any closure, withdrawl or amendment of theme parks and their facilities are beyond our control.

Documentation including Passports and Visas

It is the customers responsibility to ensure they hold the correct and valid travel documentation, including passports and visas.
